Scanning the garden and its plants works on any recent iPhone, and a Pro adds each plant's size and what stands along the edges. Scanning the house needs an iPhone Pro or iPad Pro, and saving it as floor plans and 3D is free. Plant identifier works on any device. Naming plants uses AI credits: 10 free, 100 with Full, and more in packs.

Point your iPhone at each plant on a walk round the garden, or photograph one on any device. The photos are sent to be named and are not kept, and you check every answer before anything is added. Each plant named uses one AI credit: 10 are free, Full comes with 100, and packs of 100 more are £9.99. More of a plant you have already named are placed for free.
Yes. The sun, weather and soil come from where your garden is, and the plants are tagged by region, so it suggests what grows near you.

No. Full belongs to your Bloomtwin account, not to a device. Sign in with the same account on your tablet and phone, and at app.bloomtwin.com on your computer, and Full is on all of them, for as long as Bloomtwin is offered.
Check you're signed in with the account you bought it on: Settings → Account shows which one. If you bought it in the iPhone or iPad app, open Settings → Account → Restore purchases on the same Apple ID. Still stuck? Email [email protected] and we'll sort it.
Yes, in your gardens. Invite them and they plan with you on their own accounts, free, because your Full covers it. Full itself is for one person, so please don't share your sign-in. The exception: bought in the iPhone or iPad app with Family Sharing on, each person in your Apple family can restore it on their own account.
